This course is specially set for those interested in the Japanese Language and who want in a short period of time, be able to communicate in Japanese. The curriculum is divided into three levels, namely: Elementary, intermediate and advanced. Elementary is the entry level, there are no specific requirements; those who are interested in Japanese can apply. Intermediate and advanced are different, there are certain requirements for the course – those enrolling in intermediate course require at least an Elementary level of proficiency, while those enrolling in the advanced course require at least an intermediate level of proficiency. Class time is 1.5 hours (90 minutes), twice a week, 36 hours per term; adjustments will be made based on students’ learning abilities.
